Pre Camp Checklist

Lunch Program

There are two options for lunch. You can send a packed lunch from home for your camper each day or you can opt for The Boulevard Club Meal Plans. You can sign up for the Camp Lunch on the camp Registration portal. All meals are prepared fresh daily in the Main Kitchen at the Boulevard Club

Registration for the meal plan closes every Friday for the following week. Requests made after this time are not guaranteed.

Review Camper Information For Accuracy

Make sure that you have received confirmation for your child’s program and the related dates. Notify us if there are any changes in family contact information, drop-off / pick-up arrangements, camper information (medical), etc.

3

Label Your Belongings

Help us reunite you with your camper’s lost and found!

Each summer, we collect lots of campers lost and found that includes everything from t-shirts to backpacks to water bottles to sweatshirts. Whenever we can, we try to make sure items are given back to campers and families. But we’re not always successful, especially when items aren’t labelled with a camper’s name.

Please help us by making sure your camper’s belongings are labelled when they come to Camp. We will do our best to return any labelled lost and found to families.

Unclaimed lost and found is donated to a local charity after Labour Day.

Please also remind your camper that cell phones are not to be used during camp program time, and that we reserve the right to confiscate a cell phone for the remainder of a day if its use is distracting or disruptive.

Use Of Electronic Devices

While at camp, campers are expected to refrain from using electronic devices (cell phones, gaming devices, music players, and any other electronic devices). These devices disrupt the camp programming and distract from their camp experience.

Safety And Responsibility:

We advise families to leave expensive electronic devices at home to prevent potential damage, loss, or theft. Camp Boulevard is not responsibility for any personal items brought to camp, including electronic devices.

Camper Expectations:

If a camper brings an electronic device to camp, they will be asked to keep it stored during camp activities to promote engagement with fellow campers and enhance their overall camp experience.
