Gymnastics Camp helps campers develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and self-confidence in a safe, supportive, and positive environment. Children work on fundamental gymnastic movements using equipment such as bars, trampolines, beams, balls, hoops, ribbons, and skipping ropes. This camp encourages physical growth, personal achievement, and confidence through fun and engaging activities.

** Monday August 3 Civic Holiday – No Camp

NOTE

  • Half-day morning camps run 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, and half-day afternoon camps run 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

  • Morning and afternoon sessions can be combined for a full-day camp, with supervision provided from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.
